Editorial: El 90% del planeta no cree a la OTAN - 21/09/22

Muy buenos días. Muy buenas tardes. Muy buenas noches y muy bienvenidos a esta nueva singladura de la voz. Soy César Vidal. Hoy es el miércoles 21 de septiembre de 2022 y me dirijo a los hispanoparlantes de ambos hemisferios, a los situados, a uno y otro lado del Atlántico y como siempre lo hago desde el exilio. Corría el año 1879 y más concretamente el mes de enero, cuando una publicación titulada El mensajero ruso comenzó a publicar una novela por entregas, llamada a tener una excepcional relevancia en ella. A lo largo de una trama policiaca se abordaban temas como la familia, el dinero, el amor, Dios, el sufrimiento, la existencia del diablo, la verdadera naturaleza de la Iglesia católica, la esperanza cristiana y la dignidad humana escrita de manera literariamente genial y filosóficamente profunda. Los distintos temas eran abordados de forma aguda y palpitante. Era así como en un momento de la novela se realizaba la siguiente afirmación. Sobre todo, no te mientas a ti mismo. El hombre que se miente a sí mismo y escucha su propia mentira llega a un punto en el que no puede distinguir la verdad que hay en su interior o a su alrededor, y así pierde todo el respeto hacia sí mismo y hacia los demás. Y al no tener ningún respeto, deja de amar, y al no tener amor se entrega a las pasiones y a los placeres groseros para ocuparse y divertirse, y en sus vicios alcanza la completa bestialidad, y todo procede de engañar continuamente a los demás y a uno mismo. El proceso descrito por la novela no podía ser más claro. Algunos seres humanos se mienten y al rechazar la verdad y asumir la mentira, van perdiendo el contacto con la realidad tanto interna como externamente. En ese entretejido de mentiras, no sólo ya caminan ciegos de espaldas a la verdad, sino que, por añadidura, pierden la capacidad de amar desprovistos de un amor verdadero. Sólo les queda descender por la vía del vicio y de la bestialidad. Por cierto, la novela en cuestión se titulaba Razzia Karamazov y, es decir, Los hermanos Karamazov, y su autor era Fiodor Dostoievski. En las últimas horas hemos tenido nuevas noticias sobre la manera en que la población mundial está siguiendo el conflicto de Ucrania. Sin ánimo de ser exhaustivos, los hechos son los siguientes Primero, la prestigiosa revista Newsweek ha publicado un artículo titulado Newly Ninety Percent of the World y Cent Following Ass on Ukraine. Es decir, casi el 90% del mundo no nos está siguiendo en Ucrania. El artículo aparece firmado por Michael Zola y David H. Randle, autores ambos expertos en el mundo diplomático y en el análisis internacional. Segundo, el artículo comienza señalando que nuestro sistema familiar de alianzas políticas y económicas globales está cambiando y que nada está dejando más claro este cambio que las reacciones variadas ante la invasión de Ucrania por Rusia. Tercero, los autores señalan que mientras que los Estados Unidos y sus aliados más cercanos en Europa y Asia han impuesto duras sanciones económicas a Moscú, el 87% de la población mundial se ha negado a seguirlos. 4.º, el artículo indica a continuación que las sanciones económicas han unido a nuestros adversarios en una resistencia común menos. Predeciblemente, el inicio de la Segunda Guerra Fría ha conducido también a naciones. Que antes eran aliadas o no alineadas a convertirse de manera creciente en multi alineadas. 5.º, este fenómeno ha quedado especialmente de manifiesto en los mercados de energía donde las sanciones se han convertido, según los autores, en un filtro. 6.º. Así, por ejemplo, Arabia Saudí, un aliado de mucho tiempo de los Estados Unidos, ha establecido una estrecha alianza con Rusia en el seno de la OPEP, negándose públicamente a aceptar la petición del presidente de Estados Unidos de aumentar la producción de petróleo e importando petróleo ruso para su uso doméstico. La última semana, Arabia Saudí redujo incluso su producción de petróleo, señalando que seguirá haciéndolo en el futuro. 7.º. Igualmente, señala el artículo. China está vendiendo a Europa el gas natural líquido que viene de Rusia a la vez que importa petróleo ruso que refina y exporta. 8.º manera semejante, Irán, cuyo petróleo es adquirido por China, se ha convertido en el principal comprador de trigo ruso. 9.º. De forma semejante, el ministro de Petróleo de India ha manifestado públicamente que su gobierno no tiene ningún conflicto con Moscú y si lo que calificó como un deber moral de mantener bajos los precios de la energía mediante la compra de petróleo a Rusia. 10.º. El artículo señala a continuación que se ha producido una expansión de las alianzas formadas para enfrentarse con la influencia política y económica de Occidente. Así, Egipto, Arabia Saudí y Turquía han anunciado su interés en unirse al grupo de los BRICS, formado ya por Brasil, Rusia, India, China y Sudáfrica. 10.º. De manera semejante, la Organización de Cooperación de Shanghai ahora mismo vincula a China, Rusia, India y Pakistán con Irán, uniéndose este mes, y Baréin, Egipto, Arabia Saudí y Qatar planeando presentar su candidatura 12.ª. A lo anterior señala a continuación el artículo se suma la acción de la nueva Ruta de la Seda, que está aumentando la influencia de China en África o la de Rusia en el mundo árabe, manifestada por la acción del ministro de Asuntos Exteriores, Serguei Lavrov, dirigiéndose a sus 22 homónimos del mundo árabe en El Cairo antes de iniciar una gran gira por los países africanos. 13.º. Por si todo esto fuera poco, señala a continuación el artículo. En Hispanoamérica, las dos naciones más importantes, Brasil y México, se han negado a respaldar las sanciones contra Rusia. 14.º. A lo anterior señala el artículo se suma que la confianza en el estatus del dólar como moneda de reserva se ha visto dañada y por efecto de las sanciones, las llamadas en favor de la des dolarización de la economía mundial han aumentado. Así, cuando Rusia ha exigido el pago de la energía en rublos, yuan o dirhams de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, China e India han aceptado. 15.º. El artículo señala a continuación como muchas economías asiáticas se ven golpeadas por las sanciones contra Rusia y por lo tanto están llegando a acuerdos bilaterales utilizando su propia moneda y no el dólar. De la misma manera que hace 80 años la libra esterlina dejó de ser una moneda importante. Ahora podría suceder lo mismo con el dólar si Arabia Saudí deja de establecer sus precios en esa moneda. 16.º. Como señala muy acertadamente el artículo la globalización sólo puede funcionar si la mayoría cree que favorece sus intereses. Pero si las naciones no occidentales llegan a la conclusión de que Occidente se comporta de manera injusta y sólo en beneficio propio, el orden actual se desplomará y aparecerán alternativas al mismo 17.º. Las sanciones contra Rusia han desencadenado lo que el artículo denomina un considerable sentimiento anti occidental en el sur global, de tal manera que Occidente está perdiendo con rapidez y socavando el orden mundial que ha buscado crear. Y 18.º. Ante esta situación, el artículo señala que la solución más prometedora al dilema parece ser algún tipo de acuerdo diplomático. Durante décadas, la propaganda de la OTAN ha mentido descaradamente al mundo en general y a Europa en particular sobre la situación en Ucrania, obligándonos por ello a llegar a varias conclusiones. Primera, en contra de la opinión de geo estrategas como George Keenan o Henry Kissinger, quebrantó las promesas formuladas a Gorbachov y a Yeltsin en el sentido de que la OTAN no se extendería hacia las fronteras de Rusia. Si ha existido un poder en continua expansión territorial en las últimas décadas, no ha sido ni de lejos Rusia, sino la OTAN. Segunda alteró de manera trágica la supuesta finalidad de la OTAN utilizándola para invadir países como Yugoslavia, Afganistán, Irak o Libia. En todos y cada uno de los casos, la intervención de la OTAN implicó la aniquilación de la nación y eso sí, jugosos contratos para el complejo militar industrial americano y para los constructores. Sin embargo, en ocasiones también se ha saldado con derrotas escandalosas como la de Afganistán. Tercera. En el caso de Ucrania, la alianza con los nacionalistas llevó a quebrantar el contenido de la Declaración de Independencia ucraniana de 1991, en el que la nueva nación se comprometía a ser neutral y no entrar en alianzas militares a dar un golpe de Estado en 2014, a silenciar las matanzas perpetradas por los nacionalistas ucranianos desde ese año en el Donbass, a situar tropas americanas y británicas en Ucrania, a establecer laboratorios de armamento bioquímico prohibido por la legalidad internacional en ese país y a realizar jugosos negocios de los que, entre otros, se beneficiaron. La organización Rand, dependiente del complejo militar industrial americano, ya señaló hace años en documentación publicada por este programa, unos meses atrás, cómo se iba a crear una situación que obligaría a Rusia a intervenir en Ucrania? Una intervención, por otro lado, como la que habría llevado a cabo sin duda Estados Unidos, en el caso de que México, Cuba, Canadá o Puerto Rico se hubieran atrevido a permitir la presencia de tropas o laboratorios militares, chinos o rusos en su territorio. 5.ª. A esa planificación de una situación que obligará a Rusia a intervenir, se sumaba el plan de debilitarla mediante un conflicto armado a través de durísimas sanciones económicas. 6.ª. En contra de lo esperado, las sanciones económicas ciertamente han favorecido mucho algunas industrias americanas, pero no han quebrantado a Rusia y, por el contrario, están causando un daño de consecuencias imprevisibles a la hegemonía mundial de los Estados Unidos y al dólar como moneda única de intercambio universal. Todo ello sin contar los desastrosos efectos sobre la economía de la Unión Europea. 7.ª. Con todo, lo más significativo es que el Nuevo Orden Mundial, designado por la agenda globalista y cuyo brazo armado es la OTAN, se tambalea y se tambalea porque el 90% del globo no está dispuesto a someterse a sus imposiciones a costa del bienestar de sus respectivas poblaciones. 8.ª. De manera bien reveladora la convicción de que la OTAN ha forzado desde hace años un conflicto en Ucrania de que ese Lenski no pasa de ser un farsante corrupto y liberticida, y de que tiene que nacer un orden mundial más justo. Está provocando la acelerada aparición de alternativas que ya aglutinan holgadamente a más de la mitad de la población del planeta. La soberbia autocomplacencia de gobernantes como yo, Biden, como los miembros de la Comisión Europea y como buena parte de los presidentes europeos, está teniendo unas consecuencias verdaderamente fatales. 9.ª. También ha quedado de manifiesto hasta qué punto esas castas políticas privilegiadas que han aplaudido como focas a ese Lenski, tienen su mirada puesta no en los intereses nacionales, sino en sus propios futuros. Al respecto, el caso de España es paradigmático. En lugar de adoptar una posición de neutralidad, ya que la guerra en Ucrania no afecta en absoluto a sus intereses nacionales, ha abrazado las tesis de la OTAN, que expresamente rechaza defender el territorio español y su seguridad en Ceuta y Melilla y ha asumido el empobrecimiento, el desempleo y el hambre que vendrán. Como consecuencia de las sanciones contra Rusia y 10.ª. En este punto decisivo de la historia, la única opción es buscar una salida diplomática. La misma que la OTAN se niega a seguir desde hace décadas, no sólo para acabar con el conflicto de Ucrania, sino también para que Occidente se sacuda de encima los malos resultados de esa tacha de hipocresía y de maldad que ofrece al resto del mundo. Quizá algunos se seguirán emocionando ante las afirmaciones de defender a Ucrania de una invasión, mientras, por ejemplo, se acepta sin pestañear la invasión de décadas del Sahara por Marruecos. O se cierran los ojos ante el ataque salvaje de Arabia Saudí contra Yemen. Pero es más que comprensible que el resto del mundo vea estas situaciones de una manera distinta. No cabe engañarse. El 90% de este planeta, un 90% donde la censura de la OTAN no llega con tanta fuerza como quisiera, no cree en esa propaganda. Y además, cada vez se siente más resentido por tener que pagar las consecuencias de un conflicto que no han provocado y en el que no contemplan a Occidente precisamente como el paladín de lo bueno. Y a todo lo anterior hay que añadir algo que aún resulta más grave porque afecta a la esencia de las personas y de las naciones. Y es que Occidente lleva mucho, demasiado tiempo engañándose a sí mismo. Pretende ser un faro de libertad cuando impone decisiones tiránicas a otras naciones y somete a sus poblaciones a una disminución creciente de libertades, como ha quedado de manifiesto durante la crisis del Corona. Virus. Pretende defender la paz, pero gasta de manera escandalosa e innecesaria en armamento sólo para favorecer al complejo militar industrial e intervenir vergonzosamente en partes del globo que quedan totalmente devastadas. Pretende defender la independencia de las naciones, pero sólo da pasos para que se sometan a una agenda globalista que las convertirá en meras colonias de oligarquías internacionales que les roban no sólo sus materias primas, sino su libertad, sus familias, sus creencias e incluso el simple sentido común. Pretende ser un ejemplo de verdad, pero se miente a sí mismo y al mentirse a sí mismo, no acierta a distinguir ni la verdad para sí ni para el mundo que lo rodea. Y al no ver la verdad, es incapaz de amar y sólo busca destruir aquello que motiva el amor en cualquier ser humano, como es la familia, la patria o Dios. No sólo eso, inmerso en la mentira, desciende en el vicio hasta convertirse en algo más próximo a la bestia que al ser humano. Sí, Occidente no cambia de manera radical su rumbo, se verá esclavizado a la agenda globalista. Y todo lo bueno que lo caracterizó habrá muerto muy pronto. Es muy posible que entonces el 90% del planeta lo contemple como un más que justo castigo. Pero no se dejen llevar por el desánimo o la frustración. Y es que, a pesar de que los poderosos muchas veces parecen gigantes, es sólo porque se les contempla de rodillas y ya va siendo hora de ponerse en pie. Good morning. Good afternoon. Very good evening and welcome to this new voyage of the voice. I am César Vidal. Today is Wednesday, September 21, 2022, and I am addressing the Spanish-speaking people of both hemispheres, those located on both sides of the Atlantic, and as I always do from exile. The process described by the novel could not be clearer. Some human beings lie to themselves and by rejecting the truth and assuming the lie, they lose contact with reality both internally and externally. In this interweaving of lies, not only do they walk blindly with their backs to the truth, but they also lose the capacity to love without true love. The only thing left for them to do is to go down the path of vice and bestiality. By the way, the novel in question was entitled Razzia Karamazov and, that is, The Brothers Karamazov, and its author was Fyodor Dostoyevsky. In the last few hours we have had new news about the way the world population is following the conflict in Ukraine. Sanctions against Russia have triggered what the article calls considerable anti-Western sentiment in the global south, such that the West is rapidly losing and undermining the world order it has sought to create. AND 18TH. Against this backdrop, the article notes that the most promising solution to the dilemma appears to be some kind of diplomatic settlement. For decades, NATO propaganda has blatantly lied to the world in general and to Europe in particular about the situation in Ukraine, thus forcing us to draw several conclusions. First, contrary to the opinion of geo-strategists such as George Keenan or Henry Kissinger, it broke the promises made to Gorbachev and Yeltsin that NATO would not extend to Russia's borders. All this without taking into account the disastrous effects on the economy of the European Union. 7.ª. All in all, the most significant thing is that the New World Order, designated by the globalist agenda and whose armed wing is NATO, is tottering and tottering because 90% of the world is not willing to submit to its impositions at the expense of the welfare of their respective populations. 8.ª. The conviction that NATO has been forcing a conflict in Ukraine for years, that Lenski is nothing more than a corrupt and liberticidal phony, and that a more just world order must be born, is very revealing. It is provoking the accelerated emergence of alternatives that already comfortably agglutinate more than half of the planet's population.
   The arrogant complacency of rulers such as myself, Biden, the members of the European Commission and many of the European presidents is having truly fatal consequences. 9.ª. It has also become clear to what extent those privileged political castes that have applauded like seals this Lenski, have their sights set not on national interests, but on their own futures. In this respect, the case of Spain is paradigmatic. Instead of adopting a position of neutrality, since the war in Ukraine does not affect its national interests at all, it has embraced the theses of NATO, which expressly refuses to defend Spanish territory and its security in Ceuta and Melilla and has assumed the impoverishment, unemployment and hunger to come. Ninety percent of this planet, a 90 percent where NATO censorship does not reach as strongly as it would like, does not believe in this propaganda. Moreover, they feel increasingly resentful at having to pay for the consequences of a conflict they did not provoke and in which they do not see the West as the champion of the good. And to all this we must add something that is even more serious because it affects the essence of people and nations. The West has been deluding itself for far, far too long. It pretends to be a beacon of freedom when it imposes tyrannical decisions on other nations and subjects their populations to a growing decline in freedoms, as has become evident during the crisis of the Crown. Virus. It pretends to defend peace, but spends outrageously and unnecessarily on armaments only to favor the military industrial complex and shamefully intervene in parts of the globe that are left utterly devastated. It pretends to defend the independence of nations, but only takes steps to make them submit to a globalist agenda that will turn them into mere colonies of international oligarchies that rob them not only of their raw materials, but of their freedom, their families, their beliefs and even simple common sense. He pretends to be an example of truth, but he lies to himself, and by lying to himself, he fails to see the truth for himself and for the world around him. And not seeing the truth, he is incapable of loving and only seeks to destroy that which motivates love in any human being, such as family, homeland or God. Not only that, immersed in lies, he descends into vice until he becomes something closer to the beast than to a human being. If the West does not radically change its course, it will be enslaved to the globalist agenda. And everything good that characterized it will soon be dead. It is quite possible that 90% of the planet will then look upon this as a more than just punishment. But do not be discouraged or frustrated.
