En esta entrega de Vida Sana, César Vidal y Elena Kalinnikova analizan a fondo los peligros menos conocidos de los aceites de semillas y explican por qué su presencia masiva en la alimentación moderna se ha convertido en uno de los factores silenciosos que más contribuyen a la inflamación crónica, la obesidad, la diabetes tipo 2 y múltiples trastornos metabólicos.
